Taste

Absolutely the best young fresh turkey I've ever cooked! The meat was succulent all the way through! After roasting it covered for 1hr at 325°F breast to the back of the oven.
 
I roasted it low and slow for 4hrs uncovered starting with the feet to the back to start, then turned the pan every hour at 90°/turn. It doesn't need a rack as the wings make a rack. Then the bottom of the bird slowly cooks evenly. 

Remove the bird and rest it for 30 mins then carve and serve.

We enjoyed the Turkey, tender, juicy, tasty.
Would like a place where I can write a note to person picking my groceries - " turkey is 5-7kg- pls pick largest turkey at 7kg". Or " pls pick only ripe bananas".....

We smoked the turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious! Juicy and tender meat. I will definitely buy again.

I didn't like it. It was the worst turkeys I ever had. I was really looking forward to this turkey and I was so disappointed. I spent a lot of time and effort into this meal and to have this. I was not impress to say it mildly. Bad turkeys make bad gravy which makes no so great mashed potatoes. I felt it ruined the whole meal. My guess did eat it and no one die :) but no one went back for seconds and the seconds they did have they didn't take any gravy either. Now that's a first. Usually I have hardly no gray left. No I will never ever buy one of these turkeys again. You would think fresh is better but not this brand.
