Love this

Tilapia is one of my favourites and the price is great compared to other fish that I don't think is as tasty.

Very tasty

Great tasting fish, individual packages makes it easy to only thaw what you need. The fillet is a nice size too.

Great fish

We eat a lot of fish.  Tilapia is a nice change.  I was going to make a lemon butter sauce but we didn't have a lemon (I used a lime) and I swapped out most of the butter for a soy cream.  It was yummy!

Really good value, good taste, and easy to cook. 
The only thing is cooking time on the package is not enough. 
I cooked the fillets for 45 minutes at 400 on a baking sheet.

Although I have yet to taste the fish, I am certain that it's quite good. The problem that I have with your product, regardless of the fish, is that your portions are very small and each portion is wrapped individually in plastic. This totally defeats your efforts to reduce plastic. And please do not tell me that it's the manufacturer's problem because it isn't. As a buyer of their product you could also do what I'm doing with you now, that is to say, tell them to make the portions a little bigger to reduce the number of plastic envelopes.
