A versatile addition to any pantry, Great Value Organic Quinoa is a smart choice for everything from side dishes and salads to baking. This certified organic quinoa is a great substitute for wheat for those avoiding gluten. Cooked quinoa has a delicious nutty flavour and a fluffy texture that work beautifully in a wide range of cuisines. To prepare, first rinse the quinoa thoroughly. Place 1 cup (250 mL) quinoa in a medium sized saucepan, add 2 cups (500 mL) water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until tender and liquid has been absorbed, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Fluff with fork. The Ingredient Wise symbol appears on products made without these ingredients: synthetic colours, artificial flavours and sweeteners, hydrogenated vegetable oil, monosodium glutamate.

I've tried a few different quinoa brands over the years, so I was surprised how good this one was. Very happy with this product and the price.

Surprisingly excellent quality and good value.

Our family enjoys quinoa, so I ordered this bag online with a grocery pickup order.
One family member can't have wheat because of celiacs.  
Walmart does show a close-up image of the package label that displays, "Ingredients:
Ingredients: Organic Quinoa May contain: Wheat, oats, barley"

I should have looked more closely at the info Walmart provided for this product.
All is not wasted though.

This truly is a "great value!"  I have priced organic quinoa at several store and it is often double this price. I use this product in my vegetarian chili and it always comes out great.

Organic Quinoa mix milk, healthy for breakfast

Bought this a few weeks ago since the price was much below anything I could find in my area.
It's the same quality, just cheaper.

However, do not follow the instructions on the back of the package... cook at a higher temp and for less time than it says I cooked as written and got a very mushy quinoa with no bite at all!
