Farm fresh

This product is lightly salted.

I can't tell the difference when I used this Great Value version to a name banded one. Seems to be mostly sliced mushrooms with a few stems here and there, so no tiny pieces that clog up the strainer when draining them. I used to eat fresh mushrooms all the time but am too nervous with a compromised immune system now, I simply can't risk any cross contamination. And with the folds of fresh mushrooms there's no way to clean them 100%

Not bad, but found that the canned flavour was impossible to get rid of. Tried frying in butter but still was a bit rubbery, too.
