Munch on a few of these delicious dried plums throughout the school or work day to help keep yourself feeling full, or chop them up for use in homemade trail mix. I forgot how much I LIKE prunes, until I got these. Soft, tender, lush, without the harsh metallic tang often found in prunes. A treat!

There is no question about taste, quantity or quantity. But you have to be very careful, because I find at least 3 to 4 whole cores per bag! I have been scared for my teeth many times, I have to crush them first with my fingers out of caution. We also sometimes find small partial pieces of the nucleus... just as dangerous for the digestive tract.

These taste great and are a good price, but I constantly find pits. At least two or three per bag have a nasty surprise when I bite down on a pit. I no longer buy them despite the value.
