My Dietician recommended actual fresh fruit, but I will admit these are absolutely fantastic for smoothies. They are still healthy. The only difference is they are frozen, but I am completely satisfied with the product. I use these in my fruit cleanse every day.

Really good for smoothies or baking

These strawberries are the other major component in my breakfast fruit/yogurt parfait and my grandson's protein smoothie.  We eat these every day.  And when defrosted, they are so close to fresh picked that they bring a refreshing hint of summer in the dead of winter.

Sneak A Bit Of Summer Into The Dead of Winter

Over all very good buy. Did get one or two not so good looking ones. Excellent for smoothies, making sauce or glaze. Also love making just a small amount of spread for toast. Just add to pot with a little sugar, more if you like it sweet. Cook low heat until desired thickness. Freezes great.

Absolutely delicious on top of my Kodiak Power Cake Chocolate Chip homemade Waffles.  Topped with some Icing Sugar and Cool Whip, they made for a masterful breakfast.

Frozen strawberries, this time there was a lot of fruit that were bad, rotten. This is a first for this product I-was left disappointed because I eat these every day that goes by

Absolutely awful. Tastes strongly of bleach or chemicals. I do not recommend. I can taste it in my smoothies even if I only put a couple in. Gross.
