The wild caught filet of sole is moist tender %26 flakey. The breading is perfect not overly thick.  I baked in my counter top airfryer oven with McCain curly fries. It was so tasty we had 2 nights in a row. Now for the kicker 8 large pieces of quality sole.

Good for your Soul

Fried up really quickly in a pan with a dollop of ghee. They are a thinner fillet, but that means the fish was done in under 10 minutes. Beautiful crisp crust, mild taste, and great texture.  Incredibly affordable (I don't think you can find anything at a lower cost), would definitely recommend

Would highly reccomend

The great value wild caught soul fillets are amazing. You can bake them in the oven or use an air fryer. They come out nice and crispy and they taste great. Topped them with a little bit of tartar sauce and some fries and you have yourself a nice little meal.

This is the cheapest breaded fish I could lay my hands on when it comes to quick meals. I like the fact that they are pre cooked and ready for the air fryer or oven if you choose to.

Wild caught breaded sole fillets are a good value  seafood. This fish is light, mild taste, and is crispy coated  when cooked well. Perfect for a quick meal.

Very good fish fillets. Good texture, perfect for your fast made dinners. Excellent product that does not require a big brand to be what is expected of it.

Evaluation

There is a great fish-to-breading ratio; you actually get a solid piece of fish rather than just crumbs. They bake evenly in about 20 minutes and have a clean, fresh taste.

High Quality and Not Overly Breaded

First of all, it's a great deal that is worth the price. Inside, there are many pieces, making it a versatile purchase. It is easy to cook and saves time in meal preparation.

Fresh & Crispy

I will say that the crust is beautifully crispy and crunches very nicely when you bite into it and is quite tasty. 

The fish itself is not fishy but I can't tell if that's because of the lack of fish inside of the breading or the fish itself.

I bought 2 bags when they were on sale based on the reviews. I was disappointed and probably won't purchase these again.

Where's the Fish?

I wasn't able to find this online or in-store for a while, so I was happy to see it back in stock. Unfortunately shrinkflation has hit this product, and taste is also different. still crispy but very little "fish", I will have to consider other options

Breading them yourself doesn't take a lot of work. Buy the fresh frozen fillets. These taste like standard fishsticks. In fact, I don't taste sole at all.

I can't taste the sole: like fishsticks.
