Very tasty in the skillet but a very small portion

We tried it on the stove top and it did make it soggy. But putting it in the air fryer is a game changer. It came out crispy in about 10 to 15 minutes. Very delicious would purchase again.

i bought this as a healthy side option to protien and sure slme peices are a little soft and small i wouldnt call it soggy.. it actually made a quick and easy side that i could also offer my 8 month old because soft small peices. baby approved and lots of flavor. always have it on hand.

About 4 half cup servings - I pair it with another side for veggie variety.

very much garlic and salty.  the bag popped while cooking so the cauliflower didnt cook fully and the onion had black bits that looked like mushrooms(but weren't mushrooms).
