First buy was a success

The seat seemed awfully stiff for sitting. It's lovely to sit in once you put an extras cushion on the chair.  Otherwise it's the greatest thing I've bought in years.

Everything was perfect and so easy to put together except the arm wrap was so tight it popped the two snaps off and I had to glue them back on the wood

Easy to assemble. And relaxing, soft touch.

Value for money

Rocker was received with snaps not adhered properly to cushions and the overall quality of the product was not fantastic.  However when I contacted customer care they were very responsive and willing to work with me to resolve any quality issues.  I wish I could give two ratings one on product quality which would be a 2 star and one on customer service which would be a 5 star!

Overall okay. It looks cute, color a bit darker than expected. Super easy to assemble. The side cushion on the arms is staying by pression buttons that don't hold that good. I'm 5ft3 and it's just alright to rest my head, a bit taller and it wouldn't do. Love the feet rocker.

Very comfortable chair, sturdy mechanism. Only downside to this product is the fabric of the chair. Feels like outdoor furniture material, which makes you very hot when in it for a while.

There are no snaps on the chair for the arm rest pieces to buckle on to, and customer service was not helpful at all.
