I just started using the cart it's easy to handle it was easy to put together and it stores in a very small space and very pleased with this cart

Excellent product.

i had just got off the bus, to catch another bus when the wheel came off in the rain storm! it was very difficult to maneuver the  cart. The rod also broke and it was not fixable. I was stranded @Contra Costa College.

I put it together, had no problem. What I encountered coming home from Walmart with my groceries in this cart. The front wheels wouldn't stay on. Every time I tried to turn the cart, the right wheel or the left wheel or both wheels came off. It happened 5 times, I ended up tilting it on the back wheels if I needed to turn the cart. I gave a cart to a neighbor because the front wheels were small and kept getting caught in stones or cracks in the pavement. That's why I bought this because the whole cart had large wheels.

Cart definitely needs wheel improvement.

the first time i used it, awheel fell off it.

This is the first cart I bought that has no turning front wheels.  Imagine trying to shop in a grocery store with a cart that did not turn around the corners.  Or trying to ride a bike whose front wheel only points straight ahead.

My first load, I struggled to push the cart around the turns...and eventually the cart responded by dropping off one of its front wheels 

This cart looks normal until you try to use it.  It can only run in straight lines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regret buying this cart. I should have read others reviews. The front wheels don't turn %26 now the wheels come off. I would return the cart of it wasn't so much trouble!!

Can't Turn

This item came damaged in two places I had to fix the damage to it. The cart can't be pushed empty you must have and heavy load in it. In order to push the cart if not it must be carried. Because empty the cart will roll out in front of you pulling you forwards and you could fall on your face!  The front wheels just push on and pop off when you least expect them to! This cart is not worth the money or your health. I junked this cart and I am looking for something else haul my groceries.
