Our item arrived with two of the same arms instead of opposing arms to the chair. We have reached out to the vendor, but have not heard back.

Incorrect pieces and no contact back

back was too straight and not adjustable.  Arms had no cushioning and seat cushion too soft.  Rocker and ottoman mechanism was working fine.

Rocker with ottoman

2 of the springs broke after 1 week, and I had thrown the box out so can't return the item. I used half a roll of duct tape to keep the springs in place, thank you...
