If you are looking to get a quick sauna/steam fix - this will do it.  It really is just a portable tent with a steamer that attaches to the tent using plastic tubing. But it does get hot and did emit lots of steam inside. The first use had a strong chemical or materials smell which went away the 2nd use. It comes with a small chair. The tent will only fit 1 person inside so if you use the chair, you will have to keep your knees bent.  The height is probably less than 5 feet and I had to duck to get inside the tent. 

The steamer tubes are plastic and get very hot. There is a steamer box inside the tent that drips water so you probably want to make sure the tent is on waterproof flooring in case it leaks through. The instructions for use of the steamer took a bit of thinking.

I would have given this 5 stars if the tent had been larger and if the steamer came with heat proof tubing.
