Very rapid delivery. Assembling chair took only a few minutes (screwing on legs was easy with the included tool). Good looking chair - was inexpensive but doesn't look cheesy. Seems sturdy. Very firm yet comfortable. Can't go wrong for the price.

It is a very stiff and not as comfortable when we received it, but it is getting more comfortable. Kind of like a shoe- you got to break it in.

We've only had the chair for a week and so far, it's sturdy and looks like the "leather" will hold up under a commercial use. However, all four legs were missing out of the box. After searching for them for 1/2 hour (including a dumpster dive to retrieve the box) we contacted Walmart to see about new legs being shipped. They suggested we contact the mfg. here in Atlanta. We did and it turns out the "missing legs" weren't really missing -- they are zipped into a super hidden compartment in the chair upon delivery. There is nothing in the packaging or instructions that indicate this so just an fyi. I deducted two stars because of the time it wasted for my husband. That being said, the mfg. was super nice and helpful in telling us where to find the legs. Still, something like that should be written on the instruction sheet.
