It threw me off that the chairs weren't completely together when I got them, but with the help of my brother-in-law they were easily put together.  There's more padding than I thought there would be. They're extremely comfortable and great for relaxing since the back of the chairs are not up straight. There's a lean and it's great especially if have been on your feet all day. I highly recommend them! Worth the price.

These chairs are extra wide and very comfortable.  The brown color has a hint of gold the look great. we bought them for our office.  I would buy them again.

The chairs are of great quality, however,  they DO NOT come with the screws that are needed to put them together. Sams did issue me a $5.00 gift certificate to use in the store for the inconvenience of me having to go purchase the screws. So over all I am completely satisfied.

Very Sturdy

The chair is sturdy, comfortable and seems to be good value. The complaint is the screws on the back I was 1 short and I hate when that happens and I have to get parts to finish something. So far I have not been able to contact the company that shipped them.

Love this chair, very sturdy....but it was shipped with no screws to assemble the back of the chair, after complaining to sams club I was told they would contact the manufacturer so they would send me the screws...never got them, so I went to the hardware store and bought them.

Strong chair, shame the screws weren't in the pkg

Chair arrived with the back not attached. Ok, so far. The problem is there were no screws included to assemble it further. I went to the hardware store rather than fight about it. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. Not sure why Sam's doesn't get this dealt with.

Fine chair...Package was incomplete.

The static weight max for this chair is 800 lbs.  However, after receiving the chair, the bottom states that the dynamic weight is only 250 lbs.  So, if you sit down gently and never move while using it, you will be fine.   Disappointed that this info wasn't available before purchasing.

Weight is misrepresented

Where are the screws and instructions. Chair came in a very huge box.
We have two pieces and no screws.

Very upset.

Screws are Missing.

Would not have ordered chair if it said had to be assembled. Now I have to find or hire someone to screw all of the 8 screws needed to attach back to metal frame. I don't have a drill gun at my age. So chair is sitting waiting to be assembled so I can use it. Looks like another  waste of money. 
Also the back lean is very uncomfortable and you need a pillow for your back to sit upright. Otherwise you are leaning too far back.
