Our family uses this product frequently. We love it on eggs and making breakfast poutine. It is great on asparagus too. The flavour rivals other brands and most restaurant locations. Easy to make with butter and leftovers keep well in the refrigerator. We have to make a double batch with two packages. Love this hollandaise sauce!

I will often buy Mccormick gourmet hollandaise sauce for a quick and easy egg Benedict. I always make them for Christmas breakfast because with all the other things going on, it is so easy to make and it tastes delicious. I now buy more often for the ease and great taste.
