Nice, sturdy and comfortable. It's been a tremendous help, after my knee replacement surgery, because it made getting my leg into the tub relatively easy. It feels secure and not wobbly so I didn't feel like it was going to slip when I got out. Highly recommend.
The only drawback is that, because I don't have a hand held shower head, it was difficult to get the shower curtain around it to keep the water in at first. You have to have assistance with the curtain and tuck it under everywhere

Tremendous help

Picture instruction to put it together is clear and easy to follow.  Took me a bit of time to put together because of many screws and washers.
Bench is sturdy and can adjust to same height as our commode.  This will  allow  transfer from commode to bench for shower in the tub.  
The bench slot is small but the plastic shower curtain fits and no water leaks out.
Happy about the purchase so far.
Delivery came two days earlier than the schedule time.
