Product quality is good but we got the defective parts. We called customer service for that, they should have send us a confirmation email  & send us a new  part but didn't get anything yet. Customer service is not good

Received boxes in 2 times, but the delivery was really fast. It was not difficult to put pieces together. And the result is as good as I wish.

This product comes exactly as advertised and is a heavy, sturdy, highly functional piece of furniture. The reason i gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 is that it was quite difficult to put together in places. A couple of the holes were in the wrong place and i had to make new ones. Also the drawers didn't line up properly for sliding the bottom in. This is a harder situation for me to deal with. Having said that i was able to put it together by myself even though it says it's a 2 person job. Would still highly recommend this product especially for the great price point!!
