The bench was delivered in good time and instructions were clear. It's very cute and perfect for our small entryway. I didn't put full stars for customer service because I didn't deal with any employees there. (Note: I do find the bouncing clock annoying)

This one is pretty small but we knew it and it fit our needs. The direction for drawers weren't too clear but we managed the assembly! Happy with the purchase
