Set-up was a bit complicated because the pictures were unclear, but once we had it sorted out, the rollator is sturdy, easy to operate, easy to set the brakes and is working very well for us.

Very sturdy, easy to operate

Not what I expected, much bigger and heavier than expected.  Missing 1 part, but I believe that is being addressed. I would buy again.
