Really difficult to put together - but it is beautiful! Don't know why people say the cushion is yellow - it's off white and perfect!

I am happy with the Jersey Frame Display Case.  No complain.  Its big, wide, and the jersey fits perfectly.

Dispite the excellent packaging one of the two I ordered had a gouge on the frame, but it not something I would return it for.  The gouge adds character.  Other than that, the protective film on the glass/plastic is proving to be a little challenging to completely remove.  Again, just a minor issue.  Lastly, the overall product came fast, as advertised in the product description, and after some basic construction, the product fits my needs exactly as planned.  I am impressed with the looks of the display, and it appears to be exceptionally durable.

Surprising quality and looks

Gorgeous pieces! We love to have happy hour here. Hired a handyman to assemble due to comments about difficulties with instructions. I was worried about my dogs and the light color of cushions but a magic eraser removes any dirt from cushions. Dries quickly after rain.

Great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very hard to put together due to the fact that the screws were not marked and directions did not match the correct screws to use. They needed to be color coated or separated. We do like the chairs once we finally got them together! .  Jody Cisneros

Love the finished look and a great price. But putting it together was not easy. The holes did not match up as easily. We had to work for hours to build the set. In the end its ok we like it but be prepared with patience when assembling.

Great as a rocking chair ONLY. Recline position is weird, foot rest does not lift high enough and is very small, only supports to midcalf. Instructions are not good but as mentioned by other reviewers you can figure it out. Just know that the illustrations of the screws used are not right. You really can't tell them apart. Some areas are a very tight fit so I did have to struggle a bit. Be careful that metal brace under the chair does not rip the faux rattan. If it does, get out your glue gun and fix immediately. Once together, appearance is nice (try to balance the foot rest in the middle). Not sorry I bought it because it rocks nicely. Just disappointed that it does not function well as a recliner.

Best used as Rocker ONLY

This rocker is extremely comfortable.  It is VERY hard to put together and I am a whiz at all things IKEA, etc.  The hardware is not labeled - just in a bag all together and in the drawings they all look the same length, etc.  BUT the real problem is that the chair does not recline and the Allstate protection won't cover it.  They were also very rude.  The "seller" said they would replace the broken part and then said they couldn't so they offered $32 refund or a replacement chair.  SOOOO I have to go through the hassle of building it again, cross my fingers that it will recline this time AND return the broken one.  One labor intensive Father's Day present!

VERY labor intensive, not sure it will ever work.

I am happy with the Shadow Boxes; however two things surprised me.  Number 1 there was no glass.  It came with plastic in the place where the glass would go.  The plastic was white frosted and if you leave that in place you can not see your display.
The 2nd disappointment was the size is too short for the Bobby Orr Hockey Jersey I want to display.  I tucked in the bottom five inches of the Jersey and it works but not the way I expected. I took the plastic to a glass shop.  They cut a piece of glass to fit perfectly for $20 per frame.
