Office/gaming chair

The chair is comfortable for a few hours (4-5) but after that, there will be discomfort in the lower back and neck area. It is very easy to install.

HOMCOM Office Chair, Racecar style Comfort

When I saw this, it seems like its not brand new! Where is the original box? Is it really like this?  I bought this for a Christmas present. It's definitely not presentable at all!

I am disappointed with the product, impossible to mount the right chair because the places to receive the screws are crochet, I had to turn the chair.
