[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tree. It is a bit smaller than what my little family is used to, but my kids are getting older, so this is perfect for us! Me, really! It took no time at all to snap the tree together. The only time-consuming part is straightening out the branches. I already have it up, and it is super cute!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered two of these 5 ft trees. They fluffed up easily, and we added strings of lights ourselves so it will be easy to replace the lights as they burn out in years to come. Although the instructions say the tree is not for use outside in humdity (for the flocking), we have them on our covered front porch, and they are looking and holding up great. We have since ordered the similar 7.5 foot flocked tree by the same maker through Walmart, and it is looking good in our front window with 300 lights we added.

The tree was full and well made! Definitely a steal for the price and quality.

Perfect Sized Tree

Perfect size for a small house or apartment.

The item is aesthetically pleasing but don't rely on it for heating. It runs a little while and then starts flashing an E3 error on the LED screen and will no longer work until the unit is unplugged and plugged back in. This error code isn't included in the troubleshooting section of the manual so I had to turn to Google and it told me that was an overheating precaution. It was only on for about 15 minutes when this error code came on! 

Thank fully the customer service for this company is incredible and resolved my issue with a refund! The piece is okay for looking at but not heating.

Aesthetically pleasing

I wanted to like this. I wanted to enjoy it but it wasn't meant to be. My self and brother in law attempted to get it together and we were close but things didn't work. Didn't want to stay together. And also missing some pre drilled holes to even get the heating element in. Still looking for one I want. Wish I could get one already put together especially this one. Started return. Also the pictures in the manual were not super helpful especially when you are a visual person.

Wanted to like this, but….

I had this heater for less than two months and it stopped working good thing I have insurance on it. I will not be purchasing this again. Do not buy a piece of junk please people do not waste your money.

A piece of junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I must advis against purchasing  one of these.
We bought this exact unit as a christmas gift in November 14 2024. At first it seemed ok, heating the single room we were in. But then it shut itself off. We made several other attempts and it would still shut itself off.
During that last shut-off it started to smoke over the top and front. Obviously we will not be buying another one.
