The reason for a  neutral review is that although the unit does what's advertised, the hose was not the easiest or most user friendly to attach to both the window piece or the ac unit.

It cools enough for a small room under 300 feet, it does not exceed my expectations. I feel disappointed by the brand. I would like to opt for another of a better brand with at least 360 and more BTUs, although this should have been up to the mark
