This only lasted two months won't charge anymore we've had another one this brand that did the same thing you have a small window to return so you can't return it once it stop working spend a little more and get one that will last longer than two months

This is a really nice looking hoverboard. It has cool flashing LED lights and easily connects to Bluetooth. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and also bought a cart to attach to it. She loves riding around in the house on it, she rides it everyday while listening to her music. She can't wait for warmer days to take it outside.

A Great Hoverboard for the Price!

My son loved his birthday gift!!!! I was worrying about the quality after reading the reviews but I was very pleased with what we got and the quality.... Thanks for making my son's quarantine birthday a success!!

We purchased this for my daughters birthday and at first she loved it and it worked great..  now it hasnt even been 4 whole months and we cannot get it to turn on..  she never rides it in the bad weather normal just in the house..  i need to figure out who the manufacturer  is so i can see if they can help me return this heavy hooverboard and hopefully swap me with one that actually works lonver than 3or 4 months!!

4 months then DEAD!!!

Bought it for my 11yr old daughter for her birthday. The description in the pics are completely wrong..it doesn't have 8in tires, it has 6.5in tires. But my daughter does enjoy. Hasn't malfunctioned yet.

Hoverboard

We purchased this for our daughter's birthday and it had issues as soon as she opened it. First, it started rolling without 2 feet on which threw her off. Second, it had an alarm like beeping sound and then it just turned off. We thought it was the battery and put it on the charger and nothing. 

We purchased the protection plan for $22.00 and they had the audacity to only give us back 93.00 for the defective hoverboard. I can understand losing the protection plan money but they didn't even offer to replace this piece of garbage. We just had to spend extra money to buy different one. 

We are BEYOND AGGRAVATED WITH THIS PURCHASE.

BUYER BEWARE! Protection plan doesn't do anything

purchased this hoverboard as a Christmas gift for my son, but it has been a complete letdown. After unboxing it, I followed the instructions to charge it fully before use. Once it said it was fully charged, I tried to turn it on, but it only powers on while connected to the charger. The moment I unplug it, the hoverboard refuses to turn on.

This was supposed to be a special gift, but now I'm stuck with a defective product, and my son will be disappointed. I expected better quality and reliability. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed – Defective Hoverboard

Returning this item today. We charged it as stated on instructions and will not turn on. Our daughter had this as her only gift on her birthday and was devastated.

Faulty Item

This is not all terrain as you advertised.
That is false advertising for this item, for all-terrain should be air tires, not solid wheels because wheels have no track on not smooth terrain.
it is 2 choices in this situation:
1: You sent me the all terrain tires as your advertised said in order to changes the traction or.

2: My money back, a return label and  I already disposed the  box it will arrive to you in different box plus a dent from the fall I suffered last week when I  went to a non smmoth terrain.
and also I  give you 5 "0" start

First charger wouldn't charge and was sent another charger but it still has the same problem. 
My son saved up his birthday money for this and still hasn't been ae to use it. Sent another email this morning about the replacement charger and waiting on a reply. Hopefully this gets sorted out so he can charge this item.
