Printer setup and operation are simple and intuitive.

This HP printer is amazing! Im using it for a month already so it really deserves a 5-star! It does the job accurately and with excellence.. its my first time to buy a printer for my document print out thus Walmart and HP didn't fail me. Its very easy to use just download the hp smart on your phone and install in your laptop as well for easy access on printing/scanning jobs.
The 6-months free ink is superb! They just deduct 1cad on my credit card when i register for 6months free ink. After you can cancel or continue the plan of your choice.
I highly recommend this hp printer for first time buyer and to all who needs printer who does job perfectly! Thank you Walmart for this great purchase!

Excellent Printer! Amazing and worth to buy!

Great. Fairly easy to set up. Love that the whole family can print right from our phones. Quality is good. Signed up for the free hp plus and received ink pretty quickly. Only complaint is that there is no stopper on the tray so when the paper comes out it flies out and will land on the floor if I'm not there to catch it.

Love that I can print from phone

Printing looks fine, price tag is good. Way to complicated, I am relatively tec savy and have owned multiple printers and this one is so challenging. Have everything all set up, and have successfully printed things perfectly, then the next time it wont work no matter what I do. Bring back wired printers!

Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe poop

Difficult to set up. Had to use smartphone first. NO USB PORT even though it said so. So can't print without wifi. Wanted the usb port to make it print anywhere.

Cam damaged with a deep scratch in the glass - so scanning/copying an image produces a long line where the scratch is. Took a while to set up, very glitchy. Came with an offer for 6 months free ink - just got an email saying I'll be charged next month (so I got one month free?). Worst printer I've ever purchased.

Hp printer - junk

This is a really easy to set up printer - great for the price. The instant ink service from HP is terrible though - I've been waiting over a month for my first delivery. So if you need a cheap printer for school work this is fine, but don't rely on the ink service - buy your own!

Great printer, terrible service from HP

I like the way the printer works but I am not satisfied with Free-Ink HP Plus program. I ran out of black ink over a week ago and for about 5 days before that the printer had been showing it's low on ink. I had to print so I had to buy a new cartridge myself. I am still waiting for the ink you promised to deliver on time.

Not satisfied wth free-ink HP Plus program

Couldn't get the HP plus activated to get my six months of free ink which is why I bought this one, for the promotion. Called them and they were very uneducated about their own troubleshooting. Was told I'd be called my someone else and they never called. Print is ok, ink runs out quick, no problem getting it connected to my phone to just print off the internet.

HP+ never worked, horrible customer service

so excited about getting an all in one printer. promised easy set up 1,2,3. well after over a week still wont connect to network,etc. wasting ink paper feeding out info for set up which just complicated things. free ink set up past 7 day deadline.why commit to 6 months ink when cant even set up.without technician. now since i cant print a shipping label for easy pick up.i have to pay cab take to post office or store to return and = no printer. a hairpulling experience.

heart broken

Very bad unfortunately.it is very slow .it keeps printing the same paper over and over without stopping even when. I press.  X
