Efficiency

I'm really pleased with my HP printer. The setup was straightforward, and the printer is easy to use. The print quality is excellent, with clear text and sharp images, and it works reliably for both everyday documents and photo printing.
I also like how convenient it is to print from different devices, and the overall design is compact and practical. So far, it has been a great addition to my home and work setup.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this HP printer to anyone looking for a reliable, good-quality printer at a reasonable price.

EXCELLENCE

hp.com

Printer and scanner work well. Device supports home office for accounting and tax preparation. Device reports “remote connection” but did register. I was an IT professional for 30 years. I worked for 9 hours on the install of this printer and a 4352. Neither completed successfully. Internet processes were inexcusably slow.

Printer and scanner works extremely well well. Installation using mobile phone poor.

I like the size of the printer. Not being tech savoy, it took longer to set up than anticipated. I used several HP Apps to connect the printer to the internet. The color cartridge took several attempts to get inserted. After an hour I was able to print. Nice printer.

Set up

I have filled one of these before but did not get back any response.
I replaced my old 3930 printer/ scanner because the paper feeder was playing up but this was nothing compared to what I have experienced with this new one.

I can copy a document but have trouble printing anything and mst of all scanning.
I have been through all of the setup procedures several times and get nowhere.

I remember with the 3930 it was lug and play almost immediately.

I will go and buy some other make. NOT HAPPY

A REAL LEMON

store.hp.com

Very Unreliable And Hard To Setup. Even your tech had a very difficult time setting it up via remote desktop. Now it is still unreliable. I am going to return it when I get time.

Very Unreliable And Hard To Setup

This printer won't stay connected. Even using USB. Have to constantly Unplug printer and restart computer to be able to print or scan. Sometimes it will print but not scan. sometimes scan only. Guess i need to find a different brand printer.

Junk.

During the first ink cartiridges i was not having issues, then when i had to switch to the set of cartridges i received by mail i started to experience lots of E0 issues, once those error codes were away suddently i started to have connection issues and some of my jobs won't print out completely some pages will be missing and some won't print out whole pages so i went through my white sheets like crazy, i mean really almost half of my white pages went to waste. I really need something to be done, i need free paper or something. I wondered why these printers were on facebook market place for free. They start to mess up or malfunction or something.

Misprinting

You know those free 3 months of ink? Yeah, don't bother, if you don't keep up with the subscription they will brick the cartridges, doesn't matter if they're used or unused. The printer itself barely connects to WiFi and is constantly throwing up errors. Save your money

Do not buy

The company is going backwards in a coercive, fascist . Spy games kind of way. My hp printer from 20 years ago worked better, faster, better quality. The company did not spy on its customers back then. Imagine, we could just buy hp ink and use it. I got 20 pages of some color, before it ran out? So the printer does not print as well, the ink is packaged in a coercive way to get you to spend more or have hp monitor every page you print. If you choose to be spied on, you can't go back. Further, the printer interface does not easily let you choose b/w and draft, you have to go into the “set up.” I will never buy another ho product and will investigate their association with our current administration. The printer and this company have chosen a path that hurts it's customers, hoping they are to stupid, busy or lazy to notice. What a shame, what a sham.

Coercive tactics by hp make this printer 💩 compared to 20 years ago.

This is the newest model of my previous printer which has performed well over the years, but although I have managed to set it up for copying and printing documents from my computer, I have completely failed to be able to set it up for scanning. Still struggling. Far too much new tech in the instructions now making it almost incomprehensible. Very disappointed.

Set up almost impossible
