Installation Instructions

When we remodeled our bathroom we used Moen. Our experience with those products made us immediately think Moen when replacing our kitchen sink faucet. They make great products that stand the test of time.

Great Product - Good Workmanship

moen.com

Super easy installation, and works fine. Like the power boost button as well. I really like the warranty on Moen products and have replaced cartridges after 20 years, so I'm happy to get a chance to use Moen for kitchen faucet.

Installation was a breeze!

Had to replace the ol sink faucet so....went faucet shopping and came up with this Moen-Hadley...87245.....it was pricey but in the end and after reading and checking it out...I sprang for it....wow...easy install, great quality and warranty. Wife loves it, so that means she's happier with me and that makes me happy and it was cheaper than a 3 day weekend on the beach......now I just need to figure out what I'm going to do about next weekend...hmmm maybe a shelf somewhere...they always need another shelf somewhere...

Great Quality and Extra Benefits!!

Just finished the installation.
Everything as you wold expect.
No unforeseen problems.
Supply lines attached/supplied.
Excellent instructions.
Pulls from base nicely and returns/seats.
Great price.
Note; One time prior I had contacted Moen for service and I was very impressed.
That is why I purchase this product.

Hadley: 87245

Just bought and in stalled within 45 minutes to replace a competitors product that continuously caused issues with hot water flow despite free replacements over the past 2-3 years. We have used Moen in the past and are so glad we chose Moen for our kitchen

Great faucet and easy installation

Purchased new home in 2005. All 3 faucets are Moen. We like them all. We seldom eat out and cook real meals almost daily. The kitchen faucet gets maximum use and has been replace once by me with free warranty replacement. Also just decided to upgrade to the Hadley pull down and love it. It makes it seem like we remodeled the kitchen. The design is the best yet. Very happy with Moen products and company warranty.

Moen faucets

Bought this faucet to replace one that was about 2 inches higher at the spout, and splashed water all over. My wife likes the high profile so I had to stay with that design, however, getting one that the spout was lower cuts down on the splashing to a tolerable level. My sink has the 3 hole design so I used the cover plate on the install. My biggest gripe is that with only the center nut holding the faucet in place, the ends of that plate stick up forcing me to apply caulking to keep water from leaking under the sink. The faucet I replaced had a bolt down design for that plate using the two other holes. Much better than this!
The other issue I had is that the sink hole isn't large enough to accommodate the faucets lines, so centering the faucet correctly was impossible. Wanted the handle to the right side and I couldn't do it without cutting the sink hole out. So the handle is facing forward and still off center a bit. Other than those issues the faucet works fine.

Hadley 87245SRS

My father in law suggested Moen because of their lifetime warranty. The installation was easy enough, but the faucet head/nozzle doesn't seem sturdy. It's only been in a few weeks at this point, so it should be pretty firm but even after tightening it out seems wobbly or too loose.

Seems Alright

This moen is not the quality of the last one that which lasted 15 years this one I guess 5 at the most

Not quite the quality of my last moen

When we built our home 16 years ago, we installed all Moen kitchen and bathroom fixtures because of their reputation for making quality products. We have always been pleased with our choice. Recently we purchased the Hadley faucet. What a disappointment! Much of it is plastic and seems flimsy. Even the hose seems to be constructed of poorer quality material. The buttons on the spray head just seem to be insubstantial. It will be a surprise to us if it withstands the wear and tear a kitchen faucet normally receives for very long.

Disappointed!
