This is the first time I tried konjac noodles in place of regular vermicelli and I'm in love! This noodle has a very nice bite, for me it's easily digestible and I feel like I had an excellent quality meal. There's basically only enough for one generous serving, so don't feel the value is good for the money, especially if you like to eat noodle bowls like me. Otherwise, a very tasty noodle.

My favorite konjac noodle. I prefer my noodles glassy and chewy, like this one. Remove water and rinse, then soak in clean water for a few minutes before cooking or using. Very good for soups! Please regularly restock it, Walmart!

I love these and I hope the price comes down on them because they are expensive.

It was extremely chewy, it really took me aback. They look like rice vermicelli noodles but with the rubber band feel. LOL. These are the only noodles I've found that have considerably less calories though so until I find something better, I will stick to these since it's still tolerable for me.
