[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had one for years and it still operates very well. So I bought the same one with the same model numbers for a person for Christmas this year and I was so upset to see how poor the quality was. The scraper inside the cup scrapes across it to the point that it makes a scraping sound. Really too bad that the quality has changed over the years. I gave the scoop any way but was embarrassed about how poorly it operated and had to apologize:(
