Produces abundant steam for efficient ironing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best irons I've purchased! The different settings are perfect for when you're ironing different fabrics such as silk, cotton, linen, etc, and the retractable cord keeps everything neat!

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Iron this is the second one Ive bought from this Brand.

Great Clothing Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good

I've only been using this Iron for about a week now, but so far it's been very impressive. The steam output is Great...It glides fairly smoothly across the material and does a great job getting the wrinkles out of my cotton shirts. It takes about 2 mins to reach the desired temperature needed. It shuts off after about 15 mins when sitting upright and about 30 sec when laying flat or on it's side. This is a pretty large Heavy Duty iron however I didn't find it uncomfortable to handle but for someone with joint issues this might be somewhat difficult to handle on a regular basis . The lighted Digital display was fairly easy to read and could be changed by pressing the button located above the display window. The retractable chord didn't retract as easily as it should but overall so far I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great Heavy Duty Iron!

Love it! I love that it is a heavy duty iron! Thanks Hamilton Beach for producing a great product!

Hamilton Beach Durathon Retractable Cord Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice. The iron is heavier than the last one I had which means I don't have to bear down so much; I like this . the retractable cord works, the thermostat settings are color coded along with the description of the fabric . so far so good with one exception - the cap to the water fill leaks when you're pressing back and forth; just drops of water, not a massive deluge but still why is it leaking

I love the iron. It is a heavy iron which I like, heats well, correct amount of steam, no problem with sticking or so far no water spilling from the iron when in use and for me the price was good for the product. Very sturdy.

I purchased this iron based on write up on box. It does make a lot of steam and it spits constantly - leaving dark spots on my clothing, ironing board and whatever is close by. Even with the steam turned off it still spits.
If you have any suggestions please let me know.

Spitting iron

This was a powerful iron when it was working. It produced a lot of steam and it got the the job done. It was mostly used only one day a week Unfortunately, it stopped working after less than a year. May be a product defect but I would look elsewhere.

MInes stopped working,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] keep leaking water from the bottom of it.
