These t shirts are sold as unisex. I bought several for both men and women.
They are a heavy weight knit and well made, they do run large. My husband usually wears a large and needed medium in this shirt. None of the shirts fit women, no matter what size. If they fit hips the shoulder seams are 3-4 inches down the arm and shirt bags at the sides of the chest. To get a better fitting shoulder the shirt is very tight everywhere but shoulders still slightly big. Probably good for a sleep shirt or "knocking around the house" shirt. I imagine it would only fit a very slim woman. I gave this a great rating because the quality is good for a man. I really have an issue with the unisex advertising.

Great t shirt for men only

Hanes

At 6' 4" and 260 lbs with a 37 " arm length the Henly and T shirts are a great fit (3xl} The fabric is soft and very comfortable. Machined wash and dry with no problems

Excellent Fit

The quality is great. The sizing is not for females. I ordered this because it has cuffs and a true crew neck. I ordered a 2X. The shirt came almost to my knees and the sleeves were WAY too long. The chest size was the give away that it is sized for guys, too tight. I gave this shirt to my husband. He loves it. It has been washed and dried. If it shrunk, I could not tell.

Nice Long Sleeve T

Returning one long-sleeve tee due to a manufacturing defect (hole in front of shirt with a tight clump of tread next to it).

One defective shirt

I'm confused. For years, Beefy-T shirts have been tagless. The latest bunch I ordered had tags. Grrr. I hate tags! It's a great shirt but come on, Hanes. No more tags!

Tags again?

I bought 4 black XL beefy t-shirts. 2 of the shirts fit well, but 2 of the shirts are too tight even though all 4 shirts are supposed to be XL (XL is printed in all 4 shirts). This shows there is a lack of quality control in the factory where the shirts are made.

Beefy T-shirts - all different size XL

I have been purchasing Hanes Beefy T long sleeve shirts for more than a few years. This is the first time that they have been different. They are no longer tagless, the sizing is different - they are smaller. The material weave seems to be different. The price is the same. I'll have to look for a new long sleeve t shirt. I returned the latest order.

Not a good experience

The shirt is soft but the color was all wrong. We ordered turquoise (Blue Horizon) and received a very light colored shirt. Not a good color for my husband to wear to the job site. Wish they made the color as shown instead of a pastel version of the color. We purchased 3 shirts. Definitely not satisfied with the purchase. He won't wear them.

HUGE through shoulder area, but snug enough at hips that you can't go down a size. Unwearable. Comical even. Weirdest cut I've ever seen in a T-shirt.

Not cut for human beings.

Bought a bunch a tee shirts 2 years ago, loved them, bought 8 more last week, they weigh half as much as they used too, very thin - what a disappointment!!

Beefy - T's, not so Beefy

hanes beefy-t men`s long-sleeve t-shirt, m, ash model wearing a medium ash men’s long-sleeve tee, front-facing crewneck with ribbed cuffs and straight hem showing ring-spun cotton jersey texture; studio background, often used as a casual layering tee.
