I bought these for my 4 year old grandson. He wears a 5T however the smallest size in the Hanes shorts is a small ( 6-7). They are a little big but he likes them because they are comfy. They are true to size. Wash well.This was a reorder. He now has 5 pair.

I bought these for my daughter to attend a Civil Air Patrol camp. She needed black shorts, and the girls shorts are too short. She loves these, they are comfortable, modest and have pockets.

Love these shorts!  They are lightweight, easy for toddler to put on (or pull off!), and easy to wash. Perfect for these hot summer days at the playground getting into sand, dirt, etc., then toss into the wash. Great buy.

Great Shorts for the Price!

Bought a few pair for my 10 yr old, he hates to wear pants around the house and he hates sleeping in them. He likes that they're soft and comfortable. Will purchase more!

Comfy and soft!

I have 3 boys. These pants have gone through all three and I continue to buy the next size up for my oldest. These are their favorite pants. They are comfortable, don't pill, fit well, wash well, have elastic all around, and are not too short.

I purchased a size 6 for my 4 year old grandson who is larger than most his age. These shorts fit him perfectly everything I have bought for him is too long but these are absolutely perfect

Perfect length

My 11 year old prefers to sleep in shorts and usually no shirt. He prefers to sleep in these as the matieral is quite soft. As the weather warms up, he'll wear them around the house until its time to get up and around. They're pretty thin and I'm not sure how durable they would be if worn as shorts during activities, but for the way we use them, they are great. We did buy them a little big, as we weren't looking for short shorts. Both my kids are in the 60th percentile for height & weight. The 11 year old wears L and the 9 year old wears M. At these sizes, they are not large or baggy at all.

My son loves to be comfortable at all times. These shorts are great for the yard or for sports practice, etc. I do not think they are appropriate for school. They are soft and fit just right.

Great shorts for gym or playing in the yard

the quality is great for the price, but they are not as soft as I would have hoped, even after washing.  We're keeping them, but I hope they soften up over time.

The shorts were cut too short. The style right now for boys at that age is longer legs. Shorts should come to just below the knees. These don't. Also they are cut way too baggy. So my son won't wear them to camp, which is why I bought them. Disappointing.
