Very soft, comfortable, and loose, while still staying in place. They fall around the mid-thigh. After the third or fourth wash, they feel even softer, like your favorite cotton t-shirt. This is how my husband likes to wear his boxers, so if you prefer a tighter fit, these might not work for you. If a comfortable, relaxed fit is what you seek, then give these a try.

I have been wearing Hanes underwear for over 25 years. They are the most comfortable and they seem to never wear out. I have some now I have been wearing for almost seven years. They are so popular I can never find them in the store. If you order from Hanes you get what you want at a good price.

Best underwear I have found

I switched from boxer briefs to these boxers last year. So glad I did. I really like the fabric, and they are so much more comfortable...it's almost like going commando!

Comfort to the max

They are very comfortable, however, there are two things that could make these even better.
1. They are NOT "tagless" - your "iron-on" tags are just as irritating as any other tag you have ever had - fix that by putting it on the OUTSIDE of the underwear. I don't see that as a problem.....after all it is "underwear" generally not seen by anyone except the wearer.
2. Offer them in single color packs (personal preference) and preferrably white too (again a personal preference).

Almost Perfect

The fit and comfort are fine. But the color selection, which isn't really a selection because I don't have any say in what I get, is awful. I am a 38-year-old man. I don't need lime green striped boxers. I want greys, dark greys and blacks. Maybe a navy blue when I'm feeling wild...but that's it.

Fit & comfort are good, but colors are too flashy

This is the third time I have ordered these boxers over the years. Previously, the colors were a mix of gray and black. This time they came in 1 gray, 1 navy blue, 1 horrendous green and black stripe, one awful blue and black stripe and one hideous blue shade. C'mon, Hanes, what is this? Do you let your suppliers pick any old scrap of material?

Colors suck!

I've been buying and wearing these for a long time. But the quality control on this pack is horrible. The seam in the back is not centered and is angled to the left leg a lot. Very uncomfortable to wear.

Quality control is gone

Worst yet. Waited for them to come back in stock. The fly is two inches off center and at an angle. Uncomfortable. Won't buy again. Would have returned if I noticed before washing.

I've been wearing this type of boxer for over a year and I really like the waist band. I needed some new ones, so I ordered 2 packs. When they arrived they did not have the same waist band that I liked. The waist band has changed and is not what they show in the picture. The picture shows the waist band that I like.

Wrong waist band

Advertised as 100% cotton, only two of five were 100% cotton. Two were bizarre stripes. All had huge "HANES" names all around waste band. Please return to simple 100% cotton knit boxers without advertising and stripes. Please return to simple "underwear."
