The t-shirts were made with thicker, denser material which was pretty soft after a couple washings and wearings. Also they have an actual tag instead of hard to read printing that washes out over time. Only a little more expensive than the ones you get at other stores. And you get four instead of three. I expect them to last a lot longer than the cheaper ones.

Absolutely  recommended came as described good quality my son has disabilities so 100% cotton is a good fabric that is comfortable for him to wear highly recommended i bought on sale so it was well worth it for a 4 pack.

Make you sleeves longer! Most of the shirts I have bought over the last 5 years the sleeves are too short, but you never know because sometimes they are long enough. Hanes quality control over the years has not been very good. Sometimes the sleeve inseam is 2" sometimes its 3.5" sometimes its 4.5". I don't know why the trend seems to be to make the sleeves so short but if I wanted a sleeveless shirt that's what I would buy.

White crew shirts

I recently bought several packs of these tshirts. I'm disappointed in the quality. The hemline on some of the shirts is either unfinished or sewn poorly.

I wish I hadn't bought so many of these.

Received these as a gift a couple month so back. I'm 210lb, and I prefer an XL so that I can tuck it in with no issues. This last 2 packs of Hanes brand T's are disappointing. Not only can I not tuck them in, the tails of all the shirts are curved, terrible QC in my opinion.

..so I bought the black, didn't want a cotton BLEND, wanted pure cotton for once. I foolishly thought I was buying something akin to their pure cotton undershirts (which have also changed for the worst, but are still cotton) which they sometimes sell in 4-packs.  I couldn't have been more wrong.  
I'm 70 years old and have been wearing cotton my entire life, I was raised in cotton. I know what cotton feels like, how it washes, how it wears. COTTON IS A WONDERFUL FABRIC when woven properly.  If THIS is cotton I don't know what in the world they are doing to it to ruin it so that it feels like...  canvas, only rougher.  Maybe it's due to a very loose weave. (130 strands per square inch?) Honestly, I don't believe it is cotton, or pure cotton. Maybe 20% cotton. Cotton is not elastic. this has spring to it.  It feels like plastic and behaves like nylon, but holds a wrinkle like canvas. I've put up with, and kept, a lot of HANES's new cotton wanna-bees, but I'm NOT keeping this. Can't return it because I idiotically thought I could help it with washing. It's one of the worst fabrics I've ever felt. I bought it 2 sizes big, like I always do, because their un-sanforized cotton's shrink so much that with a few washings they become my size, but these don't shrink regardless of water or dryer settings.  So it's way too big for me, and always will be.  Plus all 4 have gotten scratchier with every washing. No amount of fabric softener will ever make them come out soft and wrinkle free.  The wrinkles don't relax with hanging, wear, or from humidity. You can pull it straight out of the wash and HANG IT UP to dry, it still wrinkles. I've opened the dryer while it was still running grabbed one out, shook it hard, hung it up and spritzed it with a fine mist. Still wrinkles.  I don't know what this stuff is, and I don't know how anyone can ruin cotton.  But I'm tired of futilely trying to wash it into something I can stand to wear. Cottons (if you're so young you don't yet know) get SOFTER with each washing, and if hung up quickly enough will come out wrinkle free from the dryer.  Maybe I'll stuff them, sew up the hem, sleeves, and neck to make cushions for the animal shelter. The texture is very much like... outdoor cushion material.

Doesn't say anything about BLACK being a blend...

These are not the same shirts I used to buy from Hanes... there is no more tagless option, so you have to rip the crappy irritating tags off without having an identifier for the shirt.  The fit is not the same - and totally sucks.  Finally, the material is a harsher, rougher cotton... DO NOT BUY.

HANES HAS REALLY GONE DOWNHILL

I have purchased two packs of large crew t shirts. Both have the seams coming out of the stitching around the neck.  I would like some feed back as to why both packages have done this.

Poor quality

these are NOT comfortsoft.  they are some cockamamie cotton substitute.  however, I washed them already, before I discovered they are not the same.  they suck

what i got was NOT what was ordered.

Material is not comfortable and the the fit was smaller than similar sized undershirts I buy. Even if it was bigger, the material is not soft and not comfortable.
