My husband is 35yrs old. He stands at 5'9 and weighs roughly 160-170 pounds. He is slender built. In wrangler cargo/jeans he wears 34 x 34. Here, a (M) fit him perfect. These briefs are extremely breathable. They are fitted, but with good stretch. The band does not dig into the skin or ride down as far as my husband is concerned. They do not get stuck when sweating. They are not thigh restricting if you wanted to know and they sit a couple inches above knee.  Not long, but not short. I'd say just right. Before I forget: when my husband places his jeans on, they don't ride up like some of the other brands he's bought. I'd say they are easily fixable prior to buttoning everything up. Hope this helps.

The boxers are very comfortable. They fit and contour to my body. Almost never ride up the legs or waist.

Comfortable breathable and long lasting normally my boxer will give out after a while but I can go the whole time at the Golden Corral and they still there

Not your peepaws boxers

Hanes

I have purchased these twice before over the years. The first set was maybe 5-7 years ago. Most recently they decided to change the waist band to a softer fabric instead of the waist band which was very similar to most other underwear they sell. Not really happy that they changed it but it works. These are just night shorts for sleeping so it's fine.

The material is thinner than I expected. The waist band is not as thick and seems thinner. I'm disappointed in the quality of the material . Also wished they were available in all black instead of all different colors. May have to go with another brand. Sorry Hanes.

Not the same fit as before

The elastic band is significantly narrowed and less comfortable. The buttons look cheap, not the faux wood they were before. I'm hoping they'll change back, I don't want to find a new brand.

Have changed for the worse.

I have been buying these for 20 years Hanes recently changed the waist band and made it shorter where it digs into your waist and is uncomfortable as the pressure is spread over a smaller area than before. It also is weaker being shorter. Hanes also changed the button to the cheapest looking button compared to the very nice looking previous button that was multi colored beige and brown now it's clear and just looks and feels so cheap They are now awful and I feel like I can't wear these I can't stand them and want the old boxers back I would gladly pay $10.00 extra per pack if Hanes just kept making the boxers the same way they were over the years. Hanes should have just added a couple dollars, few dollars or whatever they needed to the cost instead of cost cutting to save a few cents in my opinion. I really can't stand when companies ruin formerly great products.

Hanes Ruined Their Boxers 20 Year Customer

I bought the plain colored set of underwear because the website said "Fabric: 100% cotton (solids)". But when I receive them and look at the labels, its only 75% cotton and 25% polyester.

inaccurate listing

My family member has bought this underwear exclusively for the last 10 years. Over the last 2-3 years the quality has shifted from 5 stars to 1. In the last year side seams have been added. The great thing about this underwear were no side seams, especially important for users looking for extra comfort who experience skin and tactile sensitivities with clothing. Over the last year, the height of the black 'comfortsoft' waistband has been reduced making the key bragging features Hanes claims to be now false. The waistband now roles, digs in and does not allow for ample comfort. What good is trademarking "comfortsoft" if you change it dramatically and reduce the quality. The seams on the thighs are now haphazardly sewn. Often material is popping out of the seams, the seams themselves are poorly stitched. The material is also feeling rougher and no longer soft. We read Hanes is being bought by a new company, maybe they'll take the feedback seriously that consumers have been sharing the last few years as this product downgrades. We've been buying packs thru the website and department stores and it's all the same poor quality now.

Front and rear sеams  are not straight manufactured, slanted.
Material is good for Summer times, comfortable.
