no these are not as thick as you would like but for the money they are well worth it. the color has not faded and has held up to several Washings. well worth my money at Clarence prices. bye in the off season folks so that you can get a better deal. plan ahead and you won't be left in the cold.

Medium weight %26 Protection

Great sweatshirt! Purchased on sale for $8 they only had size 4X for that price. Decided to buy anyway. Love the (very) oversized look and feel. Have worn with leggings, wide leg sweat pants and even to sleep in on some very cold nights!!

Worth every penny!

This sweatshirt turned out to be way better than expected for my husband. The size was as expected, and it washed up beautifully,  so I'm definitely pleased. The green was a nice muted sage instead of some strange and unnatural color.

This sweatshirt is soft, warm, and fits just right. It’s comfortable enough to wear every day and holds up well after washing.

I liked it so much that I already ordered two more. Great quality, great price, and very cozy. Highly recommend!

So Comfortable I Bought More

If you are looking for a lightweight sweatshirt, this is the one,  nice and soft, and washed up nicely

Runs large.  Not thick at all.  Thought it would have better quality.  Ordered 2 and 1 of them had a large hole in the seam. Thought Hanes would have a great quality ☹️

Live in Midwest. It's cold and I need clothing that's warm enough. 
This sweatshirt is lightweight. Not for our cold weather unless I wear another sweatshirt or sweater underneath. The color I chose isn't what I thought. The green is way off and dull. 
I've learned my lesson. I'm sticking with the heavyweights I purchased in the past.

Thin Sweatshirt

The claim is not what the customer gets. It is not 100% cotton as shown in the specifications on the item listing page. It is half recycled plastic from bottles - sold and shipped by Walmart - only to be discovered after a purchase, and reading the labels.

This is false and misleading, a form of consumer fraud. I took them to a box for the homeless, as the shirts were of no use to me in that type of cloth. Buyer beware. Hanes get a fat F- for this product.

I wish I was able to take a photo of the label and stickers on the shirt.

Shirts made from recycled plastic bottles

i usually wear a mens laege but wanted extra comfort.  color was good but the sleeves were sooo tight. it did not fit like an Exlarge at all. Disappointed and took it back.
