Great shirts. I needed something 100% cotton but not too thick. these are ideal: medium weight, absorb perspiration in the summer and keep you cool in the winter. Great assortment of colors and do not look like a "underwear style" T-shirt. Can be used as one but I use them as the outer shirt, especially in the summer. Intend on doing the same in the winter.

The Hanes Essentials Men's Cotton Tee Shirts, worn as shirts and not undershirts, are excellent and affordable. All are not 100% cotton. Some are 50/50 cotton/polyester.

First purchase of Hanes Essentials Cotton Tees

This t-shirt is true to size.  I would prefer it to be a bit shorter.  My one complaint was that the color of the yellow was not as soft as the photo...a bit more intense than I wanted. This wasn't a thin soft material that t-shirts are being made now.  Good shirt, but the color wasn't what I wanted.

The colors depicted online for your Blue Horizon t-shirt (I bought 2) bears no resemblence to the shirts that I received. Although it is understand that color on a computer screen will never be a perfect match to the actual product, in this case the difference is so stark that I would call it 'false representation'. The color on the Hanes website is a deeper blue. What I received were baby blue pastel t-shirts that I will never wear. Since its too much of a hastle to ship them back, they are destined to become rags that I use when chaning the oil on my car.

Colors Online Bear No Resemblence to the Product

Despite the website's emphasis on cotton and the "USA Cotton" stickers on the packaging, these tees are a 50/50 cotton poly blend. I didn't realize until I put one on. It was very uncomfortable in hot humid weather. The fabric does not breathe like real cotton. I saw no mention of polyester online for these tees. Misrepresentation much?

I have worn Hane's 100% cotton tee shirts for years.  The last purchase was 3 or 4 years ago.  This purchase, the cotton is not as soft as all of the previous tee shirts.  I was very disappointed and will look for a softer 100 % cotton tee shirt, even if I have to pay more.

Haven bought Hanes products in long time and got a quick reminder why.  I bought XXXL  T-shirts not that im that big but because of any shrinkage that might happen.  After first washing on cool and taking out of dryer before completely dry  they gat to have shurnk down to a XL size at best.    I tried Hanes again but never again.

BAD SHRINKAGE

Can't comment on the quality of the shirt, as I needed to return it.  I'm an XL.  I ordered an XL.  It arrived as an XL, but fit like a shrunken Large.  Too tight through the Chest/Underarm area.  When I lifted my arms, you could feel the shirt pinch and lift like it was too small.

Thin, undersized

Not true to size. I wear a medium in literally every other brand in my closet, i ordered these in a medium and i cant even get them on my body theyre so small. Theyre definitely adult medium on the label so idk how thats possible.

The blue T shirts were horrible.  They shrunk way more then anticipated.
I thought that both of the T's on this order (white & blue) we're extremely skimpy.  Very surprised and disappointed.

The usual quality was not there.
