Its just a shirt. Nothing special, but thats what I wanted. Something comfortable to wear around the house on warm summer days. It fits the bill. Was told to go a size up and I did. Much more comfortable that way. Dog got me dirty. Scrubbed before wash and all good. Shirt held up in washer and dryer. Bought one in every color. Couldnt beat the price!

Just what I bought it for

Am very pleased with this product.  True to size.  Arm holes shrunk very slightly after washing, but easily stretched back.  Bought mainly to wear as an undershirt and with the higher neckline works very well for a layered look, which I wanted. Bought four colors. One thing though, they're NOT ribbed.

I had abdominal surgery a few weeks ago & was looking for a white T-Shirt to wear over my 5 punctures in my abdomen for the sake of cleanliness & protection.  I love these sleeveless t-shirts!  They are comfortable worn under pajama tops or other shirts.  They gently protect my abdomen from the harsh rubbing of various clothing.  I wear when sleeping as well as during the day tucked into p.j. bottoms or pants. They fit well, not tight or too loose.  Perfect old fashioned undershirt!

I wear these tank tops underneath my summer shirt/blouses.  My body adjusts to the changes in temperature easily with this layer of soft cotton. I can sit in an air conditioned room or walk outside with minimal discomfort (for example, sweating from heat or feeling chilly from air conditioning).

Essential all purpose garment

I purchased white, black, and navy tanks to use as layering pieces. They are true to size and provide good coverage (neckline covers cleavage and shoulders cover bra straps) and color with little bulk. That being said, they are definitely thin--as thin as a man's undershirt--and being 100% cotton the dark colors look a little "frosty" after a couple of washings.

Good Layering Piece

I have purchased many of these tank tops because I have them tie-dyed by a friend so I just bought another batch recently and when they arrived they are HUGE...and much thinner fabric and nothing like previous purchases.  They're awful!  My previous tanks were made in Honduras and are better quality. The size difference is ridiculous. The ones made in Honduras fit me perfectly. These shirts are made in Bangladesh and are nearly a dress on me.  See pix.  Huge and way too long and my tie dyed tank is not smaller due to shrinkage...that's the OG size it was when I purchased it pre-dyed!  If you want a really boxy long flimsy tank top then the ones made in Bangladesh are the ones for you.  I sent these back and will have to try to find the tanks made in Honduras like my previous purchases.

What the heck happened to these tank tops??

I have bought these tanks for years.  I love them.  When they wear out, I buy more to replace them.  This time, they have different width shoulders on the same shirt...one side is at least an inch wider than the other side...the types of material between the shirts is also strangely different.  Not cool, Hanes...not cool at all.

Poorly made

I have never purchased anything from Hanes before that fell apart after one wear and one wash but this tank top did.  I cannot recommend this particular product.  The side seam came undone and my disappointment obvious.  Quality, dear Hanes, is the mark of a true business, please review your manufacturer's practices because they are lacking.  Thank you.

Poor quality.

Just very poor quality. I didn't even get a chance to wear them because as soon as I put them through the wash they came out really old and worn looking with fuzzy spots already forming over them. They looked dirty is the best way to describe them. I won't be purchasing anything from Hanes again.
