His sweatpants by Hanes are the Eco smart variety. The material is not a thick fleece, but they're very comfortable and fit very well. They were on sale when I got them and well worth the money. I ordered another pair after I had them for about two weeks. They don't have an elastic band on the bottom they're more like regular pants with a wider leg, but not too wide.

These same petite sweats from over 15 years ago finally wore out so I checked to see if Hanes still had them and they did and they are just as cozy and perfect fitting as the old ones! So rare a style stays around! Bought them in 3 colors to hopefully last another 15 years!

They seem very nice but I think I ordered the wrong size - a bit too small. Debating on returning some of them to exchange for 1 size larger, also maybe not in petite.

I buy these for my 89 year old mother every year, they are so warm and cozy. I ordered 4 sets in petite sizes this year and I was very disappointed when I opened the package and only one pair of pants was size petite. Too much of a hassle returning when ordering directly from the Hanes company, from now on I will buy from a store

I bought the petite because my inseam is 29 inches but these are still too long for me and the size is larger than expected too. Comfy but may end up returning for a smaller size, just not sure how to navigate the length.

Larger and longer than expected.

I was looking for just a regular, soft, comfy pair of pants to wear around the house. These are fairly comfortable, but the material is slick on the outside. Also, they are long for me, even in petite. I will wear them, but I won't buy again.

They're ok

These seem like nice sweats, especially for the price, but they run quite large. My usual XL just hung on me at the hips and the legs were very spacious. Have returned for a smaller size. BUT, the petite really are petite and the right length for my 5'4" height.

Run Large

I don't call your petite small at 29" inseam a petite small.  I am 4'10 1/2 ".   Also the fleece lining is so thin.  Have been buying them for around 10 years. This is first time I had to put a hem on them.  I note these were made in Bangladesh.  The last time I ordered them a couple years ago, they were made in Honduras.  Time to have them made in the USA.

I am 5'3". Tried these on when received and they fit great. Washed them in cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dried on low. Put them on. Fit was fine, until my ankle got cold and I looked down to see that one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other.  I've tried re-stretching them. No luck.

These “sweats” are absolutely disgusting. They stink, they are thin and made funny. 
I've never met a pair of sweats I disliked until I put these on. The legs are HUGE and there is zero room in the butt at all. And seriously, no drawstring? The petite is a joke. I'm not super short but the only way they can be considered petite is to put them up against a regular pair which I also bought. 
I'm posting a picture of the regular pair I bought which are the same as the petite and both in large. The only difference is length.
