I've worn this Hanes product for years.  They have now changed the material, so I won't know whether it wears and washes as well as the original.  The size and style are exactly the same as the previous pair.

I love these leggings as pajama bottoms in the winter.  They stay put and actually keep me cozy.  The high cotton content means I don't get too hot.  The fabric is thick enough so that if I were younger, I would definitely wear them out in public, but that is not going to happen at age 69.

Though I've tried many other brands of leggings over decades, Hanes' leggings have always been the very best. They fit beautifully, are super comfy, wash and wear well, and they are long lasting while still looking good. They are a great value for the price.

My only complaint is that they only come in two colors. I wish they also had navy, brown and tan. Printed versions would be interesting also.

The Best Leggings Ever

I'm petite but curvy. These pants were true to fit for me at 4" 11" and 115 lbs. I purchased small.  If you want looser fit you may not like but could get size up but not sure how they would fit around curves after that. They are soft, comfortable and are holding up well washed with like colors and gentle cycle.  I'm wearing these in TX heat with tank top and they are comfy.  When I dont want the rump curves on display in certain situations, I will wear longer blouse or tie shirt with sleeves around waist to give some casual cover. Otherwise, I really like how they look on my body.  Great buy. Would repurchase.

Love the material and fit. It is very comfortable to wear and the style is suitable for any age group. This item can be worn for many different reasons (dropping kids off to school, grocery shopping, casual work wear, and can also be used for jogging.

I wanted leggings that weren't skin tight and I bough these in extra large. they fit as expected. I wish they had been petite but will wear my boots over the extra material. I wanted to experience leggings for the first time and not spend much money. They are constructed as expected, not missed seams or irregularities. They are fairly thick.

The Hanes Stretch Jersey Leggings are a bargain!  They are true to size; the medium is comparable to size 6, for a height of 5'3".  They are not sleek but have a relaxed fit.  After one wearing and a laundering on cold with air dry, they did not shrink and remain good as new.

Just Fine!

I have an office job...and a bit of a "belly".  The waistline kept rolling down on me all day when sitting.  Also, upon standing, I noticed the knees of the leggings were all stretched out from sitting.  Not flattering in an office setting.  Looked more like sweat pants.  So if you have a flabby belly and an office job...you don't want these.  In the future I will look for a higher waist and a different fabric that can bounce back.

Not for me.

Very unhappy with these leggings, of which I purchased several. I am 5'4”, 122 lbs. The leg seam twists around my calf as I walk, and the waistband is uncomfortably narrow; digging in to my waist. 
Poorly made. Same goes for the bike shorts that I also purchased.
This was my third time buying both products, and this last was most disappointing. Never again.

Disappointing quality

The item was not at all what I expected or used to be. Hanes used to have a leggings that was my favorite because the material was soft and long lasting. These new ones I ordered were of extremely poor quality and the material is not-stretchy at all. I had to return them.
