Tried other brands, and I like this one the best.  Does a good job of keeping makeup looking fresh. It's not completely able to keep makeup on but just as good as expensive brands like Urban Decay.

I only use a couple sprays on my face and my makeup sets for the whole day. I worked a full 9.5 hour shift and my makeup did not budge. I find it works best when I combine it with my translucent setting powder from E.L.F.

I've been using the Hard Candy matte face primer for year as now and I have been looking everywhere for it in stores and they are sold out. I seen this matte setting spray and figured I'd give it a try and omg i absolutely love it!!! Highly recommend this product. Will be buying again. My face is very oily and this spray definitely helps in controlling my oily skin. Keeps my makeup looking fresh all day long. I can't say this enough if you are looking for a setting spray that controls your oil and you are wanting that matte finish look… this product is for you!

One thing I learned because at 1st. I didn't like this stuff the way that it was coming out. Was making? Melt my makeup come off but if you shake it and spray it in the air once or twice away from you and then keep it farther away from. Your face. It won't leave little dots all over. It actually makes your skin glow really nice and gives it that natural finish and you can use it after your foundation or after your powder. I really actually like this stuff.  Jesus

Hard candy is making a comeback - even though it never really left the scene. I sweat on my nose before anywhere else which is such a hassle when it comes to makeup. I've tried more than 10 setting sprays and I always come back to Hard Candy Sheer Envy Longwear Setting Spray. It feels lightweight, helps my makeup last my whole 8 hour workday and doesn't show any appearance.

Wonderful setting spray for sweaty nose

Im not a setting spray gal. I think it's an incredibly overrated product as a girl with oily skin who lives in Florida. This though, this is perfect! Personally it keeps my makeup looking flawless even when im not wearing powders, keeps it hydrated looking, and helps my makeup not move around all day. I think it does it's best to keep my face transfer proof but truth is no product in the world unless it's a lip or eye product is transfer proof- with that being said this works better than the urban decay all nighter! Super worth it to either use everyday or keep around for when you do need an all day lasting hydrated look! - PS sprayer isn't the best, so you do have to deal with that.

Great basic setting spray to keep around!

I tried this setting spray for the first time this week and color me impressed!  I wear makeup to work every single day and used this spray as the finishing touch.  My makeup did not budge the whole day, everyday!  I took off one star b/c it does have a lingering scent that makes me cough a little after I spray it.  I also like that it's a rather large size for the price compared to other brands that charge more for smaller bottles.  I will continue to purchase...thanks walmart for carrying the hard candy line!

Keeps makeup in place and less drying than the matte one, which is also good! Nice fine mist. I do have a little bit of transfer if I rub up against something haphazardly but not as bad as if I were wearing no setting spray. The only draw back is towards the end of use it will splat out big droplets of product which has ruined my makeup by making it run. With that being said if you're at the end of your bottle, use it as a primer so the droplets don't disturb your makeup or spray some on a sponge and lightly dab it on your finished face. This is a really good product for a really good price.

Stay in place!

Some days it works and some days it leaves my face and neck tacky and sticky.  I make sure to shake it well and not be super close to my face and fan to dry down, It's an inconsistent finish for me. The matte one works better for me.

Inconsistent

This holds makeup in place pretty good but the chemical smell is too strong, I can't use it. I tried going out and spraying my face in my living room and LITERALLY running back to the bathroom... bcuz it's that bad and I didn't have any other setting spray, the smell was still too strong. I had to trash it. It really is that strong and that bad 😞
