Kind of amazing tbh. This was not challenging to put together (about two skill levels below putting a BBQ together). It's comfortable, very light too.

Pretty darn good

[Employee of walmartcanada] Sturdy yet comfy. Arrived earlier than expected. Put it together easily but instructions could be clearer as I have to reverse a few so it took a bit longer. Would order again especially at the great price. Futon becomes bed with little pull and returns to couch with a slight push.

Comfy and Cozy

SETUP TIME: approx. 2hrs for two ppl

SETUP DIFFICULTY: it's a little tedious with the amount of steps & volume of hardware but the instructions/hardware are clearly labelled and easy to follow. 

Note: we didn't encounter any alignment issues like others have mentioned-- best advice is to hand tighten BEFORE you commit and secure. 

DURABILITY: I question how long this will last in the long run but it serves the purpose for what we need. States 600lb max. weight but I'm nervous even putting half of that. I added an extra board beneath the mattress to disperse the weight evenly as the bars to support the load appear to be very thin and my fear is they'll snap if someone stands on the mattress/exerts direct pressure in one spot. 

MATTRESS: it's decent, not the worst and not premium. I weigh 190lbs and when I sit it doesn't compress to the point where I feel the bars like others had mentioned (before I added the board). 

OPENED FULLY (AS A BED): there's a bit of gap right in the middle where the mattress folds so it may be uncomfortable if sleeping perpendicularly over the middle line (not a big deal for our needs)

Decent value, get what you pay for

Bought this online. It was delivered in days. It did take a couple of hours to put together, and was easy to do. I did read reviews about broken clips and I too had broken peices, but realized after building the whole futon those peices are merely for shipping! They aren't for the frame! I called thinking they were broken and service was excellent. The foam is 6” and I will use a topper for sleeping. As a couch, with pillows it is very comfortable. For the cost, this is a great deal.

It is a shame that the photo does not match the item. Wrong colour for mattress and fame plus wrong shaped arms.
Need patience assembling.
Comfortable to sit on provided using cushions at one's back. Haven't used it as a bed yet.

For the price, the futon frame is good. The assembly was pretty straight forward except it doesnt come with a screwdriver for the smallest screws. The mattress is not durable at all, when you sit/lie down, you can feel every part of the metal frame through the mattress.

Its alright

Frame is poorly designed, there are sharp bolts sticking out the back of the frame that scratched the paint and drywall off the wall behind it. Also, I was never notified that it was ready for pickup for 2 weeks after purchase. The store never answers their phones, had to show up in person to find out if my purchase was ready for pickup.

Terrible experience all around

Super super cheap. It works fine for my 9 year old for now but I would certainly not buy it again. I would spend a little more for a little better quality. I wasn't looking for super nice as it is for my kid's room, but this was still a little disappointing. Does not lock when flat. That doesn't bother him but if someone heavier is on it, it will dip slightly in the center. Then you have to slide it out from the wall and scoot around to the back and lift up on the back to sit it up instead of just lifting up on the front handles until it clicks and then fold back down to a sitting position, like most futons function.  And of course the whole thing is so light that it slides all around the floor as you try to do this. He can do it by himself but it would be easier with two people. It shouldn't be that hard! Mattress is also pretty flimsy. Definitely don't recommend for an adult.

Im not usually one to complain, it takes far less effort to give a compliment than a complaint.
But this awful! I purchased this futon to replace my couch. I had one 20  years ago %26 I loved it. My Mom did as well %26 shes is 5ft 11in tall. It was in NO comparison as low as this is.
This futons directions was somewhat of  treasure hunt theres more %232's listed than there are %232 bolts, by say 10 or so.
I just got this together and I am in quite a shock! Its as low as my base boards are! 
I WILL have to get some 4x4 wood posts to rise this up. 
The picture they show is VERY decieveing, they show it to APPEAR to be a regular sized futon, well it ISN'T! 
The mattress isnt even the same color as the one pictured!
The one pictured is a Beige type color, what I recieved as you can see is Grey.
The mattress Ive had laid flat for 2 days %26 there is still a fold crease in it where it was folded up in the box it came in, its never expanded in that area. 
Im just very displeased with this purchase. I really would like a refund quite honestly.
Because this is EVERYTHING but what I was expecting to recieve.
I will NEVER buy DHP brand anything ever again!
