I typically use the 2 and 1 shampoo and conditioner, but this one is a good alternative if you like to use another conditioner. I highly recommend it.

Using daily and moisturizing my face have worked wonders for me. The Old Spice scent is both familiar and fairly neutral.

No you have to basically wash your head every day it isn't a medical shampoo or treats it as well as doctor medial specially made shampoo does.
