I have never been so satisfied and surprised with a lazy food purchase. Lazy less costly food is never this good. It takes a microwave and a fork and you're done. You don't even need a dish.   The salt content is low compared to other lazy food but the taste is the best reason

This is my husband's go-to Heathy Choice meal. He could eat this every day (which he does for lunches for work while on 3rd shift). I don't mind it, it is also my go-to when I have very little time to eat on busy days. Our family is very picky about flavors and sometimes ingredients. This is probably the closest to my sweet sesame chicken recipe. I don't much care for the chicken to be breaded, so it's a nice quick meal during short meal times. I guess I would say I like the vegetables the most, but the chicken is a nice change from other brands where the chicken is breaded.

Good flavor, great for a quick meal on busy days

I occasionally buy frozen dinners to have on hand in the freezer for a quick lunch. I typically choose the Healthy Choice brand.  The Sweet Sesame chicken flavour is tasty and easy to prepare. I buy a few when I see them on sale.

Great tv dinner

I would definitely recommend this product to others. I just unfortunately cannot eat this and found out the hard way. This product has mushrooms in it and I have anaphylactic reactions to mushrooms. Fortunately  am alive to post this comment and had what I needed available. The mushrooms is my error, I failed to read the ingredient list AND look closely at the photo. So not for me but what I was able to eat tasted really yummy, nice pineapple favor. Wasn't too impressed with the plain chicken and small portion size thou, kind of skimpy.

not compatible

The chicken is always rubbery.  I discard it and put my own in.  The flavor is good although they are definitely putting less sauce in than they used to.  A sprinkle of ginger powder peps in up.  In all, this is pretty good for a quick, microwaved meal.

Good Flavor

The taste is there. I do wish the vegetables were a little crispier. All in all I did like this one and I will be ordering it again. The chicken was tender and the sauce was very tasty. Healthy Choice seems to understand too much sodium is a bad thing, and I appreciate that a lot.

Please give this one a try.

The healthy Choice line of frozen entrees are a great option for a healthy light meal. The unique tray helps the product steam instead of traditional microwave heating

Healthy Choice Sweet Sesame

I usually turn to something quick and effortlessly when I'm running out the door shortly after dinner/lunch or too tired from a long day. I thought I'd try a health choice dinners one day to see if they were any good. I enjoyed it! I liked that it was a bit healthier than their competitors but I'm not sure I'd get it again. I didn't love the chicken in it, but the veggies were pretty tasty.

This is my fav Healthy Choice and I havent been able to get it since September 2025. Looks like other reviewers are still able to get it. It makes me sad I have to select inferior choices. PLEASE BRING IT BACK TO MY STORE. Once you do I will adjust my rating.
