These are the original Libby's Baked Beans from the 50's & 60's.
Nothing like this deep browned version.  Many stores have dropped Heinz in favor of Clarks, but I wont' buy them!  I go out of my way to find Heinz & buy a dozen cans at a time just so I don't run out!

Heinz Deep-Browned Beans with Tomato Sauce have long been a pantry staple for a fast lunch when added to toast and a bit of sausage or a couple of hot dogs. Paying double the old feature-sale price is a bit of a sting but it's now part of the global pricing gouge where this feature sale is the old regular suggested shelf price. Not going to be buying this by the case for the pantry anymore at today's pricing though.
