I've been using Hellman's 1/2 fat mayo for years. I started due to healthier eating but I've stayed with it for the taste and texture.  The 1/2 fat mayo delivers a rich but tangy taste with a thick creamy texture - but not so thick that it feels clumpy and over powering. Highly recommend for health and taste.

In the past we always bought Regular Hellmann's mayonnaise. Watching our cholesterol i made a decision to try Hellmann's Light Half Fat Mayonnaise, and honestly the taste and the texture is the same as the regular fat Mayonnaise.
Staying with the light version from now on.

Taste Just Like Regular mayonnaise

Yes, I have tried this brand before. I liked it. Hellmans is the mayonnaise I use all the time. I have tried differerent flavors of Hellmans products and am happy with all that i have used. Hellmans is a staple in our household.
The flavor is the best of any I have used before. I would and do recommend this to family and friends. Hellmans rocks!!

Hellmans Light Half Fat Mayonnaiseyes.

I had switched to this version of Hellman's mayonnaise 4 years ago and havenlooked back. It still has the great taste that Hellman's offers while reducing the fat content in what I pair it with. I truly have seen the difference in calorie intake as well which has been great for my health. This is one condiment I would recommend that won't nake you feel guilty eating.

Still A Great Choice for Mayo

I live with someone who applies their mayonnaise with a spoon. We go through a lot of this! Our favourite is making homemade mayo, but this is a staple in our fridge! It's a lovely addition to sandwiches, sauces and we even use it before applying breading to fish and chicken. 

The best part is it is made in Canada.

I love it. The taste is the same but you get lower fat. You cannot go wrong with it. We used it for a good ham sandwich or for Chinese fondue sauces with our meat so everybody can taste all different sauces and everybody can enjoy less fat without compromise the taste.

I love Hellman's real mayonnaise and equally enjoy the variety made with olive oil. I decided to try this variety at the suggestion of a family member and while it's good, it's just not quite as tasty as the ones I usually buy. That said it's a great alternative for anyone who wants to cut fat from their diet.

Great alternative if you're reducing fat intake

I do not use any type of mayo product regularly. I only use it in potato and egg salad and in baking as indicated by the recipe. I also usually cut it with plain yogurt as I find it too tangy. I find this one nit as vinegary as others so less yogurt is required.

It's good.

The taste is diffso its something new if you're not use to it, but it doesn't take long. But it's great to get the less fat if you are eating mayo regularly. However if you can make it fresh that is best. But this is an good alternative and the price is the same. I suggest buying the smaller size to start to see if you like it, but it not a vast taste difference. So go for it.

Its Okay But Worth The Health

I have been using this dressing for several years and find it to be the best in its category.  It has a pleasant, light taste and is not overly salty or seasoned.  Although it is somewhat more liquid than the ordinary version, it is a very good alternative for those seeking to control their fat intake.

I have been a loyal Hellman's mayonnaise user forever.  I decided to try the light half fat mayonnaise with the hope that it would be similar tasting to the full fat version.   It is too acidic and sweet for my taste.
