I did a lot of research and didn't want to pay too much for an office chair. I have had it for a week now, so I can't yet be sure about durability, but everything else is amazing. I have been using it everyday an quite a lot, and have no doubt it is very comfortable.
I kind of expected the back to be a little higher because of some reviews I read, but I don't think it is short (I'm 5'9).
Also, the reviews gave me the impression I wouldn't be able to assemble it by myself, but I thought I'd give it a try and was able to do it in less than 20min. I'm very satisfied with it!

Comfortable and easy to set up

that experienced only by couples who will experience a lifetime of pleasure and passion
joined together for all eternity. The quality of workmanship is equal to the fine materials
used in it's construction. I anticipated a loving and meaningful experience daily exceeded
only by my redundant verbosity.

Indescribably good!

This chair provides outstanding back support and comfort. The brown leather is rich in appearance and feel. I bought a second matching chair for my wife.

Excellent office chair

decided to spend a little more based on time seated. for the extra received better leather & padding thats firm/supports.shipping was FREE to home, arrived in 3 days. instruction clear; wheels into base, lift cylinder into base, (4 screw each/12 total)attach back to seat, fasten arms, attach mount plate to seat. then put assembled chair onto lift cylinder , DONE.

a nice place to sit

This chair is quite comfortable and gets the job done. Easy to put together and the chair is working just fine. No problems with the lifts but I've only had it for a few weeks now. Ordered other products from Walmart online but it looks like their items are not always new. Like they've been used, returned, and repackaged. Most parts of this chair looked and smelled brand new but a few had scratches or small nicks on them although they were wrapped. Only the instructions and packaging slip from Walmart were enclosed in an unmarked box. You will not receive any paperwork from the manufacturer or anything else describing the chair or how to take care of it. Also, FedEx delivered this package as scheduled but sat it in front of my closed garage door! Just the thought of running it over while backing out was just besides me. I will follow up with FedEx but do include any delivery instructions to Walmart if possible.

Good chair for the price

Easy to assemble, and very comfortable to sit in. The only thing I should mention is that there is no head or neck support. I'm 5'7" and when sitting, the height of the chair comes up to my shoulders, so if you are looking for something with a head rest, this isn't it. Other than that, it's perfect!

Great Looking Comfortable Office Chair

This is a nice looking chair and the only reason I rated as a Good in Meets expectations is because when you first get a chair like this, with the lumbar support it's not comfortable until you get it broke in a little. Lol. The chair was very easy to assemble and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this chair.

Just used it for a couple days but seems to be as advertised. Looks sharp. I got the brown one and has a little bit of "shine" to it that looks a bit more like plastic rather than muted leather but not too bad. Only negative would be it makes my seat sweat more than I'm used too. Other than that seems to be a great chair.

Great chair

It came with no assembly instructions and parts missing. I phoned for instructions and missing parts and was told they would be mailed to me and someone would contact me. No one contacted me and I did not receive anything in the mail. I returned the chair,

The chair is attractive in appearance but quite deceptious as it is most uncomfortable. Not only do you slide forward on the narrow seating, it is so low and continues to lower each time you sit. There is no lumbar support and it is impossible to recline. The seat is hard and the padding does not hold up.

Will be taking it back to Walmart ---having a difficult time doing so because it is assembled and cannot fit into my car.

Attractive but very uncomfortable.
