The product is very comfortable and nice.

It looks pretty good for the price, and it looks just like the picture, it was well packaged and easy to build honestly not much to say. The arm is fixed so make sure you like it. I'm happy so far for my secondary desk.

No issues with shipping. The grey color turned out to be waaaay darker in reality than on the pictures. Assembly is easy and quick, chair seems sturdy.
However, it's the least comfortable chair I've ever seen. No proper spine support: lower back part has an unattached cushion that needs to be adjusted every time you sit and move, not comfortable; head-neck support cannot be adjusted and is situated way too low, so it puts unnecessary pressure on your shoulders and you can't sit straight. Very uncomfortable, do not recommend. 
Returning the item

Uncomfortable chair

I bought this chair 4-5 months ago, and the back support is already starting to break. It's bending way more than 30 degrees without the tilt tension being touched. I weigh around 120 pounds, so unless this chair was made with cheap plastic instead of metal, there's no way the back should be breaking this easily. This chair is NOT anti-static, so every time you get up, prepare to shock anything nearby, especially if it's a computer. If you're buying this chair as a computer chair, look for something else unless your computer is shock-resistant.

You Get What You Pay For

Was awful the welded part broke right off , tried to message seller and got no response

Poorly made

When putting this chair together, I noticed there's only three prongs on the bottom of the back piece when putting it together. Meaning there is barely any support for the backrest and it broke after two weeks....
