My wife is disabled and in a lot of pain often. She spends a lot of time in her hobby room and her old chair (a standard executive office chair was shot). Since I got her this chair she is happier and can take naps in her hobby room comfortably.

All of this has gotten me to the status of "His Majesty" for more that a day.

The chair is not to big, great for a woman, easily assembled, and my wife say it is comfortable. I would suggest this to anyone except maybe a large man.

The only thing I would suggest is that they include operating instructions for the foot rest and reclining mechanisms. Once I gave it to the wife all I heard were compliments for awhile until she got to experimenting with the handles and knobs. Then I started to hear the grating of ratchet notches and her scream at a fast recline. It was humorous to a degree but some simple of instructions would have been helpful.

I am very happy with the chair. I like that the chair reclines and has a foot rest. The chair is small. The back of the chair is short even though its called a high back. However, when the chair is reclined the back of the chair moves so the persons head is on the back of the chair. Keep in mind that this is a computer chair, not a reclining living room chair. The foot rest is not as long like a reclining living room chair.
To work the chair: The foot rest is about half the size of a living room chair. The computer chair is comfortable, soft. The chair reclines by pulling the lever forward and the person puts pushes on the chair arms. To put the back of the chair in an upright position, one must pull back the lever and push on the arms. To use the foot rest there is a control on the left side of the chair. The foot rest moves based on using the control. To make the foot rest in the down position move the control and push down on foot rest.
Set up: The instructions on how to set up the chair were bad. The instructions were one page with photos. The instructions were incomplete. It took 3 people to set up the chair.

Very Happy With Chair

Very pleased with all features of this chair. My grandson set this chair up in 15 minutes. Have only had chair 1 week, so don't know how durable it will be over time. Goes well with décor in my room
and very comfortable as I use my computer with my feet up. My grandchildren call it comfy.

Comfortable, good value, chair for computer.

This chair is very comfortable to sit in at my desk and very comfortable to kick back in to relax. Love the footrest and love that it reclines. The cushions are soft but also give plenty of support.
It took me less than 10 minutes to put it together. Great purchase! I highly recommend!

Purchase is worth the price

This was the only reclining chair with footrest that fit my small space between my bed and the closet. It was easy to assemble once I realized the instructions left out the fact that the seat cushions, once connected to each other, need to be attached through the hole in the metal chair arms. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Great chair for small space

Chair is not for average or large people. If you're over 5'6'' this is not the chair for you. Even that may be too tall to use the foot rest which is the main reason to select this chair.

Petite only!

I am a bit disappointed in this chair.The foot rest needs to be able to be raised higher to be level and also extend farther out to accommodate the feet for an average size person.The reclining back is adequate to the comfort of the back.But the chair as a whole feels a bit flimsy.But for $140.00 or so I guess I will keep it

Needs some more engineering to be more comfortable

I can assure you that the person who designed this chair does not use it. If she/he did use it, they would change some things. The most important being to raise the foot rest up about 4 inches so it could actually be used. I strapped a four inch piece of foam to the top....works pretty good. I will raise it from the bottom with some bracket so I can discard the foam (does not look good!!!). The other thing major is that it is good only if you are small. About 5 to 5 foot 8 inches and not fat.
Third, the release to return the back to the upright position goes with a bang.
Overall, it is poor.....however, there are not any others that I could find. I would return it if I could find something better. The actual mechanism to raise the footrest does work nicely. Obviously, I don't know about durability.

Designer does not use it

Might be good enough if your only 5 feet tall, anything more and your legs hang over so far it is uncomfortable. The leg lift doesn't lift to a 90 degree angle as shown in pictures. Doesn't work in one motion like a recliner making it awkward to recline and return to upright or make any adjustments. I'm disabled or I would have returned it for a refund.

Not worth the money

Back is not high enough for anyone over 5 feet tall. Do not recline far enough to support your back. Foot rest does not extend or raise up high enough for comfort. I returned my shipment for a refund.

Is not comfortable for anyone taller than 5 foot.
