We ordered two chairs on a Wednesday and received them on Friday. Easy to assemble. The chair is used five days a week eight hours days and is comfortable. Like the adjustments and fabric seems durable. Would highly recommend.

The chair is great.  Easy to assemble. sturdy, looks nice in my office.  The only bad thing is it'a like sitting on a brick .  The cushion looked so thick and comfortable in the picture, but it's not!  when assembling to put the set on the base it weighs a ton (not really just heavy for an elderly person) so I was excited to sit in it.  With all that thickness. it was a BIG disappointment! Once again I'm sitting on a pillow!
